I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were of very good quality, looked out onto a private sunbathing area, and the sea views were beautiful. The rooms were beautifully appointed, really clean, and had all the facilities we needed, including a large bathroom with an excellent shower and bath. The only downside was that they were located up too many flights of stairs.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciated the man running the breakfast room at Club Volcan, who went out of his way to assist us. They even offered free excursions on their 40-foot catamaran.

The location was superb for a tranquil escape, being close to the Rubicon Marina and a short walk to the Papagayo beaches. However, be cautious with the low balustrade near the rocks.

The dining options were vast with a huge variety of food available. The buffet was good, though sometimes the food was lukewarm. I wish the coffee had been better.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were amazing, so large and had everything we needed. Having a separate bedroom for our teen was worth the extra cost as it made our week stress-free. The service was brilliant, especially with catering to dietary needs. The location was perfect, right above the marina with a great selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience was definitely 5-star with a variety of options each night. Overall, a top-notch experience with a few minor hiccups.
